Just another example of how government officials were aware of the issue and did nothing. Just like Fannie and Freddier were just fine even though government officials said otherwise.
We always wait until things boil over into a crisis before something is done...of course...taxpapyers willl again pay for our government's stupidity.

True.
As I said, our government lacks the forsight for forseeable crisis.
Another example is terrorism. We have to wait to get kicked in the teeth before we do someting.
