Happy Columbus Day. I had to work today, but there was hardly any traffic and DC is sooooo much more a hospitable place with Obama and the Dems in charge.  Just having a little PC ribbing fun today. |

Columbus opened a world of hurt on the indigenous people here in the Americas. He should not be celebrated.

We celebrate the exploration, and what it meant mainly for those of us who are of European descent.
The entire world was divided into those who conquered, and those who were conquered. I see no reason for us to see guilt in this case.
But, as Americans, we owe it to the Indian Nations to do what's right by them. We haven't so far.
