The new Regulatory Czar Cass Sustine yet another wack job that Obama surrounds himself with and appoints to high poisitions of power...He wrote that animals should have the same rights as Humans when it comes to legal representation and sueing rights. Oh he also would like to eliminate all gun ownership rights. I doubt he will go after it that forcfully though. He will probably ascribe to his own writing about nudging the system. Make things difficult so that no one will be able to buy a gun or eat meat or what ever his little kook heart desires...
