If some of the young blood in the NFL worked out that hard during the off season they would more then likely make the pro-bowl in about 2 years.
You really don't know what some of those vets do in the off season to get ready for regular season. Nice to see Al working hard to stay the starter.

His footwork and agility is incredible. I cannot wait to see how he plays in the 3-4 this year.
