As a father who has solely raised my 25 year old son since he was 10 months of age, my son and many of my friends over the years have congratulated moi on BOTH Mother's and Father's Day. In addition, I have experienced and learned to respect and appreciate mothers, their sacrifices and roles. I salute ALL of the women and single custodial parents, who have given their love and made plenty of sacrifices while raising children. The love and affection of children will exist between child and Mother/custodial parent FOREVER. Happy Mother's Day.  |

All I had to do was put a nipple on a can of beer and he was fine.  However, potty training was truly an adventure. I figured that all I had to do was put my son on the toilet seat, hand him the sports page and he would figure things out. Instead, he kept falling into the toilet. Soooooo, my girlfriend bought a child snap-on toilet seat, I placed my son into the seat and he was able to relieve himself. |
