I have a feeling an image thread might belong in the Romper Room. Just a thought. I wasn't aware this thread was becoming "PG-17." And a funny thing about that...there's no such thing as a PG-17 rating. There is a PG-13, an R-17 rating and an NC-17 rating: The current MPAA movie ratings are: Rating Symbol Text G - General Audiences All ages admitted. No nudity, no sex, no drugs, minimal violence, and limited use of language that goes beyond polite conversation. PG - Parental Guidance Suggested Some material may not be suitable for children. May have mild violence, brief nudity, intense images, sexual themes, crude humor or very mild drug references. PG-13 - Parents Strongly Cautioned Some material may be inappropriate for children under 13. May contain moderate language, some explicit nudity, intense violence and/or gore, or mild drug content. R - Restricted Under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian. May contain very strong language or strong sexual content/innuendo, strong explicit nudity, strong violence and gore, or strong drug content. NC-17 - No One 17 and Under Admitted May contain very strong sexual or offensive language, strong explicit nudity, very strong gore or disturbing violence, or graphic drug abuse. [/img] Let's take PG-13. According to the Motion Picture Assoociation that permits moderate language, some explicit nudity and violence/gore. Considering the Romper Room does not contain explicit nudity, profanity (moderate profanity, of course) or explicit violence we seem to be censored at a G or PG level. After all, there is no PG-17. The Motion Picture Association has often been criticized for the secrecy and arbitrary nature of the way it applies its ratings. How about that?

Disturbed interesting. I saw them a few years back. This "mature" chick was trying to pick me up, was that you? I doubt you'd remember you looked lit. I was too, had about 40 bucks of booze in me. Yet, it was still a no go. Sorry, that was my Mom and she said you seemed sober to her.

I honestly DO NOT believe that males age as rapidly as females. Besides the cobwebs, women seem to add another toe to the grave every 2-3 years after they turn 40. What makes this so alarming is that women already have 5 toes in the grave when they turn 40. Tis truly sad the limits that these 40+ year old fossils frequently display. Heck, I was able to do more and had more energy two days after my second knee surgery then many of these 40+ year old fossils.

obviously everyone is going to have their own opinions, and I respect that, but a lot of the stuff today is manufactured corporate crap that is water downed and repeated. I remember seeing Fall out boy at Jannus with Less than jake before they got big. I have never been into them but I know plenty that are. I build on my music tastes all the time. I have gone from primarily listening to a lot of punk rock/third wave ska and pop punk stuff to listening to a lot of independent music. IMO, and it is only my opinion you don't find that much good music on the radio anymore. Everything goes in cycles and right now it needs to be flushed out again and started over. Rock, Rap and even country are just a blueprint now. Nothing really creative happening in the main stream. I'll buy that. I don't listen to a lot of radio here. Memphis radio stations suck and that is all I can get locally. Listened to KROQ when I lived in LA, but maybe I am just not an independent kind of music lover.

On aging... I've seen a lot of guys with paunches, gray hair (what's left of it), looking in their 50s, and their wives, who are about the same age, look at least 10 to 15 years younger, hotter, and like the guy robbed the cradle.
So, when it comes to aging, I think women do it a lot more gracefully than men.
