You too, GM! Had dinner with the rellies last night, today we were just home, plowed snow, cooked a ham, called friends and family.

Did you all know that the "average American" puts on between 7 and 8 pounds over the Christmas/New Years period? It's fact, believe it or not. It's also one of the reasons those new jeans, or a new shirt, seems a little too small. I outdid myself eating for the last two days. Christmas Eve, we ate way too much, and on Christmas Day... I'm still full, at nearly 8 AM the day after, and we ate about 3 PM yesterday! Too much good food, but, after New Years, it's lose weight time. Now? Enjoy eating!

I thought that's because of all of the pregnancies resulting from sooooooo much Holiday drinking and the opportunity to spread holiday cheer.

I swear that's all I did was eat Christmas eve and most of the day yesterday. I burned it off yesterday afternoon trying to keep up with my daughter and her new sled.
