In recent interviews, Holmgren has been hinting that he might be willing to coach somewhere else, but it won't be in Seattle.
The Seahawks are already committed to Jim Mora, Jr., which is going to be a mistake. I don't think he's going to be a good Head Coach.
So, if Holmgren thinks it over, and decides to come back, where do you think it would be?
Smart money is saying he's going to end up the Head Coach for the Cowboys, if they don't make it to the Super Bowl this year.

sounds like he was talking to jones,,, err, i mean that he is now thinking about coming back next year. we will see what his wife has to say about it. If she wants to go to a nicer climate, i think that He will head to maybe dallas, but i will wait and see. I am to involved trying to figure out what we can do for next year to right the ship in Packer land.

I really thought both him and Reid were going to step down this year and reunite next year in San Fran, but Dallas could happen. It would break my heart, but Jones throws money.

Yep I agree with Dallas as the most likely destination for Holmgren surprisingly since I thought Garret was annointed by Jones as the great one, but Garret may end up in Detroit along with whoever they sign as there new GM. I really do think that the 49er job goes to Singletary.

I think Garrett would prefer a job somewhere out of Dallas, if the pay was right, as a head coach.

Just an observation from far away: I think Mike is burnt out and needs a break. If I were him, I'd take at least a year off. He just doesn't appear to have that fire he once had.
I wonder if he'll end up as a GM and step back from coaching.

I think him and Reid both need a break. They also really need weight watchers.
I want to see these guys make it to 70. With the weight they carry and the stress of the NFL along with life I worry about them.

"They also really need weight watchers."
They should go on the biggest loser, NBC needs the ratings. They can have Charlie Weis, Romeo Crenell, Mark Mangino along with John Madden as a contestant and as commentator, to go along with Holmgren and Reid.
