I have a neurosis where certain words bother me. Does anyone else have this issue. Some words I hate.
I hate the word, "Much." Say it over and over and you will understand why. the "ch" really gets me.
Also I hate the word, "people" for the way it is spelled.
It looks like pee-oh-ple...ugh!!

LOL, this thread cracks me up. I don't have any words I hate, but my wife hates the word "buns." Not when referring to the bread so much, but any other context. So naturally I use it whenever I get the chance!  The best is this bread place in Indonesia called "Mr. Bun" = their slogan is "Buns to die for!" My wife hates going to the mall where that store is. |

A word that bothers me is tie..you can wear it or tie a rope or tie a game...so many meanings..and then there's even people with the name TY (even though they don't know how to spell it  ) |
