There are threads for food and decorating. Now we need the shopping thread. Did the black Friday shopping. Last night did the late night at Kohls. Between $30 Kohls cash, another 15% off coupon, and the specials my final cost was about as much as my savings.
Just have to get my mom one more gift, a couple books for kids, and gas gift cards for my brothers.
Some of the gifts were purchased right after Christmas last year. Tomorrow I'll gather all gifts from the storage places and see exactly what I have. Some times I forget what I've bought and end up with presents for a couple years.

I went to Kohls on Thursday night to use $20 Kohls cash and 15% discount and have bought everybody their Christmas gifts, except Mikey. However, Mikey and I will be going to my New York Office Christmas party on Dec. 12 and spending Friday and Saturday nights in NYC. We will wake up at Rockefeller Center Plaza and see a HUGE Christmas tree, a skating rink, Top of the Rock, Radio City Music Hall, NBC Studios, St. Patrick's Cathedral and Fifth Avenue shopping.   Sooooo, let the drinking., I mean shopping begin. BTW, Mikey and I attended my Washington Office Christmas party on Friday night and we were 1 block from the White House. Nice view, bad President.  |
