Some help clarify, but I have read that smoking curbs your appetite for sweets as it chemically creates the same "high" that your body normally would produce on it' own.
So to replace the chemically created sugar high from nicotine, I bought some suckers to help me quit smoking.
I just put my last cig down 9:33PM.
Here goes!

Wasn't aware you even smoked... Good luck man, it's tough, but I think you can do it!

PC, 23 years of smoking. Do your best to quit smoking. We are all pulling for you. I am sure that packerbap and Fran would be willing to send you some revealing photos that will encourage you to stop.

My wife and I used Chantix, and we quit with no problem. I had smoked for over 50 years!
Remember! After 72 hours, you are no longer addicted to nicotine. It's out of your system. All that's left is a bad habit, not a craving of need.
That was the thing that made me realize how easy it really was to quit.

Keep hard candies in the car. You pop one in your mouth when you get in. It helps a great deal. We still do that, and it became the new "habit," but was easily quit.
Keep hard candies at home. Pop one in your mouth when you have any urge to smoke.

Here you go, PC! Don't suck it all at once, unless your habit was a bit worse than you're letting on...

Good luck PC.
I have a bad feeling you'll go back to the cigs when your FFB team loses to me in the finals.

"Remember! After 72 hours, you are no longer addicted to nicotine. It's out of your system. All that's left is a bad habit, not a craving of need." PC, my advice to you -- a 72 hour BABE-A-THON.
