I wonder in Rodgers is bored and mentally unchallenged with this team. His struggles are hard to figure out, but when I look at it, he has to be frustrated with the lack of creativity in the offense and the inability of our receivers to get space. I still believe he's one of the best in the game, but he just doesn't seem right mentally. He's an extremely bright guy and I just wonder if there is something going on in his head that is holding him back. I think he's lost interest and really hasn't been challenged by the coaching staff or anyone else. I could be way off base, just some speculation.

I am sure that has something to do with it. I also feel he does NOT like the play calling and personal he has on some plays, so he is just going through the motions maybe.

I'm concerned that there's a lack of coaching with Rodgers. They need to get him on the field, throwing the ball in practice, and corrected when he does wrong.

what happens if he has a vision problem?

If it was a vision problem he could wear contact lenses. Worst case, goggle type glasses. But, I don't think that's the case here. I think Rodgers is suffering from a lack of someone to "train him" in being a QB. It's like a boxer. No matter how good you are, you need to practice and have someone constantly critiquing your performances in practice, and when working.

I think MM does do that you see them on the sidelines in practice always talking and pointing to each other. Something is not right, I wish he would just snap out of it. This game with Dallas is a setup for him to have a good game, They will have favre there to pump them up (Rodgers will want to show favre what he can do) and they are playing in there 3rd jersy the blue and gold uniforms. Even with maybe no run game he then (MM) use 3-5 receiver sets and take advantage of the Dallas not so good secondary. If he does not play well and we loss this one, He will not play well the remaining season. Time to let Hundley try and see If he can move the offense. They let Callahan go, I sure hope we can pick him back up He is one tough gritty player who knows how to play and win.

The problem is Joe Philbin. He was always into Clement, making sure that Rodgers footwork, and how he framed the field visually, was correct. They miss Philbin being the guy making it happen on offense. Since he left, things slowly eroded, including Rodgers play.

That is a tough thing to figure out, I mean I see Rodgers doing the same thing for years, how /why would he make changes to his way of playing on his own? Only thing I can think of is his health both mental and Physical. I consider the thought that his Body is hurting more than before due to wear and tear and his mind is then making him change the way he moves when in certain conditions and it is causing him to play different by tossing the ball early making it go high by rolling out but not able to throw with the same speed and accuracy I just hope he can come back and play close to his old self for another couple years, This Cowboys game will tell us a lot I think on if He can force his mind to make his body perform better This game is geared for him to have a good game. we will see come Sunday afternoon. Good luck!

If you want to learn more about Favre, and Rodgers, this is an excerpt from a book that blows the lid off a lot of things we've wondered about. I'm not surprised by it to be honest. I've said a lot of these things down the line, based on information from people who know, or knew, both of them. Favre & Rodgers are more two of a kind than we'd imagine. Gunslinger

I am done with this coaching staff. I hope they clean house at the end of the year. I think Rodgers is done with them too.

There comes a time when change is inevitable. I think this is it.

they got forced into a pass game using all there receivers and they looked decent. Rodgers was throwing better with quick and more accurate tosses, I think it will help this offense to passs more Knock the rust off of Rodgers with those 39-56 passing game

Let's hope the passing game can hold up. I don't think it can. McCarthy has done so much to downplay it, and make it secondary to the run, and here we are, with no running game and the passing game has been reduced in value.

Packers send Abbs, and another db to IR. they promoted WR, Allison, he is 6'3" and 217 lbs, ave speed, two open roster spots now, the Practice squad is almost empty, not much left except street agents, and other PS from the other teams. not looking good.

It also makes me wonder why year after year we get hit so hard with injuries. I am 100% in the camp that we need a change in leadership.
