Now, if you're talking free agents that could be a help for the upcoming season, here's two guys that if you can get them - do it! Laurinaitis would solve a lot of linebacker problems and Long would give us that rusher we need on the defensive line. It would allow the Packers to move ahead in the draft with other issues, like the offensive line, and TE. I don't think Thompson would pull the trigger, but I could hope. Long & Laurinaitis avalable |

He must be feeling some heat to bring in some quality free agents this off season. MM is apparantley unhappy and the lack of depth was very obvious this year. I'm hoping too!

didn't Long have a lot of health problems last season? the rams are trying to get a better cap space.

Yes. He did miss some time. But, that's getting to be standard for a lot of guys.

the rams let linebacker Larnueitis go as well, both players are not what they used to be. I would pass on them both.
