when the time came to debate the 15 finalists for the HOF this year, some of the nominee were debated for long periods of time, some for very short periods. The quickest decision was made on the case of one Brett Favre, who took less than 10 seconds to get a unanimous yes vote as a HOFer. By any measure, Favre was one of the games all-time greats, an absolute no-brainer to be added into Canton.

A well deserved honor. Whether or not we like what happened, at the end of his career doesn't matter. What does matter is that he was one of the people who brought the Packers out of the middle ages, back into the spot light of the NFL.
