I get the feeling these two aren't getting along and their relationship is very poor right now. I have no proof of this, just speculation. I wonder if MM will be on the hot seat if they lose in Washington or will the Packers just be happy with another winning season? I sure hope it's not Rodgers we lose!

Rodgers is not afraid to speak his mind, He is wise enough to NOT make it public, BUT,, If he is wondering /questioning MM or TT and he spoke to them,,,, I got this feeling to that there may be a rift between them or one I have noticed much more of Rodgers head shaking before they run some plays, Like he is saying,,, what? why? this?

I'm inclined to believe that McC is on a short leash. He may end up losing his job. He seems to have lost the players. I've seen this for quite some time now.

Rodgers head shaking is just him shaking off the hard hits and the knock downs, This Sunday the patchwork Offensive line will block well Rodgers will come alive. the run game will flourish and the defensive line of the Packers will stop the ave, skins run game. and the DB's will stop the big plays the Skins relay on and the linebackers will make the TE who is very good a non factor in this game . Pack win this one.!!

I still believe there's a rift between Rodgers & McC. If you watch Rodgers' facial expressions, on and off the field, and at the point that he gets the play sent to him, you don't find him upbeat like he was before this storm came down on the team.
If you look at the first half of the season, the routes were varied, and he was throwing to up to 8 guys per game. Now, the numbers of people he's throwing to, and the routes they are running, are all intermediate to short routes, but for some reason, right into the strength of the defenses which are daring us to run. It began right after the bye week, and you could see it from the start of the 7th game. McC had decided that the run would govern the game, completely, and Rodgers would just be a caretaker QB. That has been the entire story since then.
If anyone's interested, Rodgers has not had one game with a QB rating of 100.0 or more since they bye week. That should tell you something about what passes are being called, and the results. We've become a "run until the game is lost" team, that only puts the ball in Rodgers hands when the darned game is already lost.,
It's time for McC to go. Look at Coughlin. He's won two Super Bowls with the Giants, but he knew his game in New York was not going to improve the team. It's time for McC to face that same reality, and ride off into the sunset, for another job.

I was listening to some people and reading more from different boards and i felt a little sick on how (even if true) bad the fans are treating the team. So i wrote on all boards that i remembered to try something new, Write only positive things about our team on why they will win. Find decent reasons how they will win. I did that. That is why i am "covered" both ways Ha! ha! ye is got to be right on one of them! But anyway, I really feel that the Packers defensive line can stop the Skins ave run game. that then will allow the Packers db. secondary to stop the big play passing game of the skins, then the Packers can run the ball well and control the clock thus ending up with a Packer VICTORY. (I read that the team was getting down a bit after reading from forums that our fans think the Packers are going to get whopped badly. So i wanted to try a little "pep Talk" and positive reverse to see if it could look like we helped our Team. Packers win!!!

It's incredible that players would be down because of negative statements. Instead of being down, it should give them more focus than they've ever had before. That's exactly what's wrong with this team. They expect to be treated like conquering heroes even though they're nothing more than average if even that.
Now, when I say average, I believe that at least half the game is in a person's head. You either know you can do it, or quite honestly, you're going to get beat. I watch teams with guys who are arrogant, even when they're getting their butts creamed, and wonder why it is coaches can't channel that complex for the good. Make these players channel this emotional level to playing the game properly.
Of course, McC has made it clear that the players have to get themselves up for games, that's not his job. That's a crock! We all know it's a crock. Even Thompson & Murphy should know that as well. As HC, you need to get your players in touch with their "inner beast," if you want to call it that. You have to get them to want to do whatever has to be done legally, to win. You need to get into the heads of the players because, if you don't, the other team will, and it won't be pretty. Why does anyone believe that isn't the reason the Packers get totally blown out in some games. They just plain "quit," and McC isn't leader enough to make it turn around.

did you read M M at the wed. news report? He is one upset person about the media and fans who have them as a bad team, no hustle or heart, etc, etc.

McC will blame anyone but himself for the team's demise. It's time for him to move on.

He has become more and more irritated the last few interviews and i think it not coming from the fans or the media, This seems to be coming from deep within the Packers. Something is going to explode after this play-off run here, i think.

For openers, look for all unrestricted free agents to just look for money, no thoughts of being back in GB. Secondly, look for players becoming less involved in the community, as they begin to severe ties with the Packers, opting out of town, when free agency does come.
One of my barometers is Julius Peppers. If he signs a one year deal and stays, or he opts to leave, or they let him go without negotiations, we're on a downward spiral, and it will last at least until McCarthy is gone, and possibly even us losing a lot of other players, possibly even Rodgers.
My concern is that the Packers will actually cut Rodgers, or trade him, after the 2917 campaign. His signing bonus will expire and he's going to count about $20 mill per year against the cap for each of two years. That's a huge hit. He might also ask them to release him, and let him make a deal elsewhere, through a trade deal they can make.
We have some problems ahead. I hate to say this but the entire meat of Rodgers career has been wasted by a coach who doesn't get it. I hope they don't name a street after McCarthy. Maybe a dump, but not a street.
I also agree. There's unrest in the locker room, and I think it's the players angst against the way they are being coached. The offense is taking the brunt of it, and in all honesty, they can only play up to the level of a game plan, at best, and if that's not good, you're done.

Why do i have this funny feeling that the Packers will not change nothing that really matters for next year?
