I'm not impressed with the Packers win over the Lions. It was still a matter of not playing up to their ability. Unless that changes, they still aren't a threat to good teams.
The Cowboys are horrible. Probably not as bad as the Bears, but look what happened then? Scary thought.
I'm taking the Packers to win this one by a score of 27 to 20. They don't know how to put teams away.

M. Cassel is the only reason the Packers can win. IF he has a big game the boys win a close one, but if he plays like his normal self, the pack and the cold should be enough to squeak one by. i have NO FAITH in the receiving group if the starters are Cobb, J.Jones, ADAMS. Packers---15 Cowboys---14

My gut tells me the Packers will win this one at home but I'm with you guys in that I have very little faith and would never bet on them to do it. It will be a close game either way!
Packers 20 Cowboys 17

What's sad is that very few people have faith in the Packers being able to deliver on a regular basis. What a change since that 6-0 start. Going 2-4 since then is not how you maintain team confidence.
To the Cowboys, this is a playoff game. They cannot afford to lose another game, and make the playoffs. If they play well enough, and get Romo back, they could end up being an inspired team. As for the Packers, it's either put up or shut up on Sunday. Let's hope they understand that the fans booed them off the field at their last home game for good reason. They played like league doormats, not like a team in the hunt for a Lombardi Trophy.
In all honesty, if the Packers don't bury the Cowboys on Sunday - and I think they'll try - they are either going to miss the playoffs or be one and done. at best.

yep, I see no improvement with the receivers yet, So with that said,, the Packers will go one and done in the play=offs, I think we go wild card just because the rest of the conference is that bad .

I think McCarthy called a decent game. I don't believe our offense is nearly as good as some people believe. They can open some holes for runs, but can't give Rodgers that extra quarter of a second to complete his reads, and get people into a jail break when a play is busted.
It was a nice win, but let's face it. The Cowboys aren't going anywhere, and without a QB, they are totally out of it.

without a deep pass threat the pack will have a tough time beating the raiders or the cards. they are both away games and can we expect a near perfect run game is enough to make up for what will be a bad pass game if they cannot keep the defense honest by showing just a little deep ball? we might squeak by to the play offs but one and done without a receiver who can go deep and force the safeties out of the box.

No matter what happens the next two weeks, we are at least guaranteed to play for the NFCN championship against the Vikes. Even if we lose the next two. It was nice to see Rodgers having fun again yesterday. We better keep giving Lacy the ball. That's really the only hope we have against anyone. We just don't have open receivers and like Happy said, no deep ball threat.
It is always nice when the Real America's Team beats the Cowboy's. They are terrible but at least we took care of business. I would love to see us have the North Wrapped up before week 17.

Oakland is no cake walk, but the Packers can go out and win that game, It depends on just how bad they want it.
