Something to think about: After this year, there's a lot of jobs to fill. We could be looking at major changes, and dumped contracts. At this point, they have roughly $10.5 mill of cap room to work with from this year, to insure some continuity.

Guion gone. Raji only back if its reasonable. Neal and Perry...at least one back. I don't think either will command high dollar. Both have a good shot at staying. Hayward...just don't know. He has never come back and lived up to the hype after his rookie year. Crosby should be back. Jones gone. Kuhn, likely gone. Starks seems like another that can be kept cheap.
I can see them locking up guys like Daniels and staying ahead on some others rather than resigning some of these others.
