I'm not surprised that someone who was being cut flipped. I've been waiting for it to happen for a long time. Guys who string themselves out on steroids, and other enhancing drugs seem to have a short fuse, and sometimes it causes them to over react. Sometimes it happens on the field, and someone gets seriously injured, and they call it an "accident." This exposes the mentality of the game, like it should be exposed.
There needs to be much more strict discipline in drug testing for all players. The random testing leaves too many loopholes in the system. Ratliff's actions show exactly what the concerns really are.
Anyhow, players should live up to the standards expected when you live in the public eye, or you should be sent packing, and not allowed to participate in the game., The idea that the level of talent a player has gives them more excuses for bad behavior is unacceptable.
