I expected this. A franchise that hangs it's hat on a QB who wouldn't even be a back-up for more than half the teams in the NFL, isn't exactly run by the smartest people on planet earth. It maybe a blessing for Joe, who is going to end up being a top offensive coordinator again in this league, within two or three years.
He's a guy who can pull it together, if given a chance, with talent. He wasn't given that in Miami. They're front office is a total joke. Ownership needs to totally clean house and get a franchise builder in there.

I feel bad for Philbin. He's a class act and put in a very bad situation in Miami. I hope the Dolphins don't win a game the rest of the year. Philbin will land on his feet and will find more success in this league. I'd love to see him back in GB in some capacity but I doubt that will happen.

he was doomed last year when the locker trouble with the gone lineman(forgot his name ) and then adding defensive trouble with the dirty rotten SUH. he has no respect from his players. I remember, Ingogneto, misspelled big time.

The culture in the Dolphins organization is bad. It needs to be totally gutted.

I read that Suh is causing all kinds of locker room trouble. I read also that the GM wanted to bring the jerk who was Head Coach of Detroit and then Defensive cord at Buffalo. Schwartz, to Miami, and he REFUSED I guess he learned something:)
