The "real" Jordy Nelson

This guy has been a gamer since day one. Grounded, in every sense of the word. The young man that my Texas surgeon is related to, and so proud of. A surgeon I might add who spends 3 months out of every year doing heart surgeries in the 3rd world, for free, because he cares for people. I guess, being down to earth, kind of runs in their family.

I was raised on a farm, and even though I could hardly wait to leave, it was the most grounding experience a person can have. You know what hard work is, and you know what trust is. You also know that there's no free lunch in this world. You pay for it as you go.

I hope Nelson puts up the kind of credentials that will elevate him to the level where he makes it into the NFL HOF. He's already guaranteed himself a spot in Green Bay's. Why not Canton as well?

I will second that and third it and,,,well, I liked him from the day they drafted him and he has never made me doubt him. Oh, i do not think i ever said this on this board , but i have on another. nelson is such a good TEAM player. I have watched him run his butt off across the field to make a block. He is a very good blocker and he puts his body in there to get those extra yards for the player who has the ball. he is always going to the ball to help. something many players do half way. he is all out.
