Yup! Players from the past are dying with brain disorders, and getting nothing. Peterson gets big bucks, for what he did.
Something's wrong with this picture.

got this feeling he is not getting as much sure thing money. I bet he has to reach a lot more incentives to get more of his money. I know from his age and number of hits or carries he being off so long can possible go either way, it could slow him down or he could be given a good time to heal and be a better runner, but not playing in contact for so long many players at that age span cannot take the punishment for some reason like before. like the body is healing and not wanting to absorb it again. I guess we will not know until he makes his comeback and see about late season just how he responds.

I just read that Peterson feels he already is in the HOF and then he goes on to state he IS GOING TO PLAY UNTIL HE IS OVER 40 YEARS OLD! he says he will beat the total yards gained and touchdowns to become the best football player ever in the NFL. Man , I think his time off has hurt his train of thought. he said the one year off will allow him to play into his forty's by my numbers he needs to play for at least 5-6 years to get the yards and that is if he can ave what he has so far, that is 98 yards per game ave. I have my doubts about him and his sanity.

He also still believes he had a right to raise blood welts on his child's back, with a whip I have nothing good to say about that puke.

Peterson looked bad trying to run. I wonder if the time off just aged him 5 years?

Viking fans got a reality check last night. I live in MN and I can tell you they were thinking they had a guaranteed ticket to the SB and they fully expected the Vikes to win big last night. I still think the Vikes will be tough and they will win some games this year. Might even give the Packers a run for the division. That said, they sure didn't show much last night!
