just watched a clip on the national news about a game in Buffalo N.Y. where they were near the Sabres goal and a crowd of players when the puck was sent high in the air falling into the crowd ,,,not to be found, upon a close watch of the film the puck came down and fell into a players shirt AND PANTS he then unknown to him went back first into the net to protect the goal, but when they realized he had the puck in his pants and was in his own goal, That mean he scored for the other team since they hit it last. and he went into his own goal to protect only carrying the puck with him ouch GOAL!!

I saw replays of that too. I'm not a big hockey fan, but I do watch Blackhawk games when I can. A lot of my friends are Blackhawk fans, and I am too.
There's a rule in hockey that the officials are supposed to blow the whistle and stop play when they can no longer see the puck. It being in his pants should have made in out of view in my opinion. Play should have been stopped before he backed into the goal.
Anyhow, that's my interpretation, but they don't seem to see that. I don't know why they didn't.
