not really on subject,,, butn how can a business misrepresent there product when advertizing. big example, subway shows this huge good looking sub, filled with the product from the edge all the way to the fold of the sub roll. never happens at the real places. how about when Micky d's even admitted it docs the burger up to look great and that it is not a fully cooked burger because they shrink and they want you to see the big over flowing insides. how about when they package a product and the box id as tall or bigger and the inside content is less than the old one but the price is the same? i could go on all day for this, they lie to the buying public ,make it difficult to tell the difference and that is against the ;law. they just never inforce them. why, because the public never crys out and demands the truth. just like people that would never say a word when they see a wrong, cowards, if i saw something , i talk, i call the police. I saw a stolen car getting dumbed, ran towards them and yelled , but you know 20 something is faster most of the time then 65 something, i called the police had a good discription and they were caught within hours. the general public will not speak out because they are all waiting for the next person to do it, not them.

Not really on the subject, but if milk is so good for you, why does America have the highest rate of osteoporosis when were the biggest milk drinker?
Shouldn't it be the more milk we drink, the less osteoporosis Americans suffer or are we being hoodwinked by the Dairy industry by them stating that milk does the body good?
And while were staying off topic, shouldn't the plural of moose be meese?

Hoodwinked is the word. Have you read the latest research? Milk causes more problems than good for a lot of people.
This goes back to the days of "Carter's Little Liver Pills." People could say anything they wanted, because nobody knew better.
We're finally catching up with reality.

it has been stated that when young child milk is a need, but as an adult you should not drink more than a glass a day. you should mention the tobaco busines, did they mis represent anything? . I do believe that to much of anything will be the bodies downfall good or bad, plus every persons body does have a different way to react by your history of your genes. some people can smoke the lethel ciggs, and live a long live practicly free of any ills. others just take in second hand smoke and die from lung cancer.
My point was no so much what your asking but that the business LIE about what they are selling you. they still can bend the law that was meant to help the mass of people, the reason is simple. greedy CEO''s owners they care lees about the well bing of the consumer, just as long as it sells.

I think their is a distinct difference between milk and tobacco.
Generations of humans have drank milk from animals, so not necessarily a mis-direction.
However, sucking fumes out of cigarettes as if they were coming out of the tailpipe of a car is obviously not natural and anyone claiming to be misled by Big Tobacco only serve to strengthen the gene pool with their tobacco related passing.

In a couple of days, if we go over the "cliff," people won't be sucking nearly as much milk, and some will be thinking about sucking on that tail pipe.
They don't seem to be getting anywhere.
LOL. I shouldn't laugh at this, but I just read Obama gave everyone a raise, so what the hell.
