Not everything/everyone, is fair game

I've heard the political jokes about Ann Romney owning a horse that's in the Olympics. She's part owner. Someone else actually rides the 15 year old horse in dressage.

What escapes me is how people twist things into something that isn't there.

Ann Romney took up riding for herself, to help offset the effects of multiple sclerosis. Where doing that relates to politics, I don't see. Attacking her, or Mitt, for the horse, or horses, to show they are "out of touch" with reality is cruel, and should be beneath the dignity of the media, and left-wingers.

For shame! Those who don't understand the value of horses to her therapy!

It has nothing to do with strong. It has nothing to do with left or right. Both sides, and the media, have a major affliction. They don't give a d**n what they say. They just "twist the facts" to make something appear like they want it to appear, not like what it really is.

Isn't reality that way? Look at all of us. Parnoid of our neighbor, the person walking down the street. Well my God they will murder you given the reality that the press paints. Young girls will be kidnapped and raped up and down the boulevard and humanity is nothing more than savages.

Though stories of heartbreak suck, they are, statistically, a minor occurrence within society.

I remember in the 80's reading Funky Winkerbean cartoons. One of my favorites was of him being a hall monitor at school. He sat in a school desk in the hall with a machine gun.

That same cartoon would receive condemnation today.

I can't even go to the library anymore and pick out a good biography for fearing what the agenda of the author might be. Is this biography truthful? What bullschit sources are being cited?
