GOP Blocking Outsourcing Bill To Protect Romney

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (Nev.) on Thursday accused Republicans of blocking a debate on business outsourcing to protect Mitt Romney.

Senate Democrats expect Republicans to thwart an effort to advance legislation that would give a 20 percent tax credit to companies that transfer overseas jobs back to the United States. It would be paid for by ending tax deductions for companies that outsource jobs and business activities.

“It’s fairly easy to see why Republicans are blocking our bill to stop outsourcing — they’re obviously defending their presidential nominee, who of course made a fortune by shipping jobs overseas,” Reid said.

If this was an off-year for elections, I'd say the bill was a good one. If it's only intent is to attack Romney, it's an ignorant attack with no substance.

I'm all for ending tax breaks for those whose income is outsourced jobs, but how you go about it is the key to making it a viable law.

Your way of thinking is RIGHT, but OLD SCHOOL and unfortunately, doesn't work anymore.

Why?

Cause the Republicans are set on getting their way, without any direction or plan..but from total HATE, lies, deception and doing whatever and whenever they want to.

Logic, talking on topic and about issues, about what they would do or wouldn't do is BORING to most Americans and both parties instead, are rallying their supporters around the fight of the century. That's right, this has turned into some sort of sporting event, whereby most Americans have lost perspective on what's truly important and how to read between the lines.

Democrats are so desperate. They know once Romney is past his convention, the flood gates of campaign money will open and make Obama look like he's back on the street of Chicago begging for someone to give him a future.

Yes, the flood gate of money from the filthy rich will flow into the Romney campaign, because they know he's there to screw the little person, including middle-class, just so his elitist level friends can get even richer.

If people are smart, they'll see that's what happens, and vote for Obama. We don't need a member of the elitist wealthy giving handouts to his buddies.
