The Drudge Report ran a blaring headline late Thursday night reporting that sources within Mitt Romney's presidential campaign say Condoleezza Rice, who served as secretary of state and national security adviser under President George W. Bush, is a "front-runner" for the running mate slot. news.yahoo.com/blogs/ticket/condoleezza-rice-really-romney-vp-shortlist-132627633.htmlWhat they would lose in social conservatives, they would gain with minorities, independents and women and she was the only competent person, other than Powell, who served in the Bush Administration and she plays a mean ass piano.

I saw her on TV this AM, she said she wouldn't even consider it, because her views are so different on most issues, than Romney's.
I've always liked Rice. I thought she had this unique ability to be a "diplomat," instead of a radical party element. I admire Albright, Rice, Ms. Clinton, and Colin Powell in the same vein. All people who put nation and duty ahead of party politics.

I made a choice. I went with Obama because I felt he better represented what was needed to move this country back on track.
Please note. Being Secretary of State, and President, are completely different animals. The missions are completely different.
Of course, you know that.

True, but Hillary, to date, has more experience to be President than the Suit does.
