Brought To My Knees By a Packers Jersey

After doing 7.0 miles on the elliptical, burning 800 calories and working out for 68 minutes last night, I arrive home and am greeted by Mary and am asked please keep your eyes shut. With my eyes shut, Mary tells me how her coworkers wanted her to buy something that would be very, very sexy and appealing to moi and so, she chose the perfect gift. Mary asks me to open my eyes and she is wearing a #85 (Greg Jennings) Packers jersey. I was sooooooo overwhelmed with emotion that I could hardly control myself.

In anycase, at 9:45 this morning I purchased a 3.30 Carat Emerald Ring With Diamonds, which will arrive on Friday, December 16, 2011. Also, I purchased some matching earrings and a bracelet. I would have purchased a necklace, but nothing seem to match.

Now, I will have to find the PERFECT SETTING so that I may pop the question and hopefully marry Mary between 6 months to 12 months from now.

I know, I know..y'all thought that NOBODY would ever marry me. Well, suffice it to say that when we first met and for most of our relationship (prior to her moving in with moi), I repeatedly told Mary that I was sweet and innocent and Mary fully, completely and totally believed what I was telling her.

Then..WHAM, we started to live together and exchanged some stories, and y'all know how I enjoy telling some stories re my past..in any case, everytime I say that I am sooooo shy and innocent, Mary, tells me 'you are not shy and innocent, you are a PREDATOR.'

AND despite this, Mary LOVES moi.

BTW, I finally found a necklace to compliment her engagement ring. Total wholesale costs for the jewlery was approximately $7500.00.

Does anybody truly know how many bottles of JD I could buy for $7500.00? And yet, I gladly spend this money on the woman whom I love.

The $5000.00 engagement ring arrives this morning AND I will be popping the question prior to Christmas Day.

Then, since Mary LOVES emeralds, was a rep. for her HS It's Academic team, I will have a little fun by creating EMERALD CITY and the Yellow Brick Road and a Treasure map with clues. IF Mary does not guess correctly re a clue, the Evil Monkeys (Redskins Items) will attack her. BTW, Mary LOVES the Skins and her second favorite team is the Packers.

The bigger the christmas present, the harder the clue. Braaaaaaaaaaaa. ;D

How I LOVE having some fun on Christmas Day.

BTW, on Sunday morning, I bought a Jewelry Armoire for Mary.

Heck, in 10 years, Mary and I will be in our 60's and we will be planning on going to Florida..where Mary's folks reside and Mary's 2 sons went to college.
