Sorry for being gone sooooooo long, but I have been involved in lots of research and negotiations re the 9/8/08 car accident.
Suffice it to say, I received a settlement which awarded me 86% of the maximum amount that I could be awarded, should I have gone to the two-day jury trial scheduled on November 15 & 16, 2011.
I went home last night and fell asleep at 9:00 and did not awake until 6:00 this morning. This is probably the most non-stop sleep that I have gotten since prior to the 9/8/08 car accident.
BTW, I am up to 8 miles/workout (925 calories burned) on the elliptical machine and routinely do between 24 -30 miles on the elliptical every week. Usually I can do 8 miles in 79 minutes, or so. Also, my elliptical settings are 5 (incline) & 5 (resistance). Most importantly, NO PAIN after doing these workouts..I do not need to do water aerobics after these workouts, but find doing water aerobics on non-elliptical days (every other day) to be beneficial.
