1 series for each unit.
ST definitely had nice coverage (Smith) on the kickoff. Nice improvement, especially against a dangerous Buffalo return team.
The defense looked better than decent on the opening drive. the zone gave up the first pass, but they played the run well and Collins ball-hawked and made a nice play for a deflection (Poppy Int)
The offense moved it, but guess what. The line... penalty and no movement on short-yardage. Disappointing to say the least.

TD PACKERS 7-0. GREAT DEFENSE!!! 1 fumble, 1 interception and 2 sacks in the first 3:53 on defense -- WOW.

TD PACKERS 7-0. GREAT DEFENSE!!! 1 fumble, 1 interception and 2 sacks in the first 3:53 on defense -- WOW. Wow is a good word. This is an offense w/ a QB who moved the ball at will against the Bears last week. Impressive start.

Now we'll get to see what the offense really has. 1st and 10 with 80 yards to go. We'll get a good look at the offense.

BTW, the Browns were leading the Lions 20-0 after the first quarter. The Browns have 199 yards and the Lions 50 yards, in the second quarter.

Finley with almost 40 yards on two receptions! Sign of good things to come?

TD R. Grant, Packers lead 14-0. Way to drive the football offense.

Exciting!!! This team looks so much more mature and comfortable this year. I love the early scoring by the offense. Buffalo is a fairly decent team, I think, and this has been an impressive start.

ANOTHER fumble, way to go Poppinga. Poppinga has 1 int. & 1 fumble recovery, let's go for a trifecta -- a sack or TD.

Missed it... and the replay. What happened?
Grant's running fairly well beind the right side of that line. McCarthy's really trying to see what he has over there.
