your last example is a clear statement as to why if you let the top 1% get all the benifits of tax breaks and other things it does not 'TRICKLE" DOWN. what they get never comes down to help us. but if you can make the working majority better able to live by higher wages (and still letting the rich be rich) they will not only be able to buy more of the product they make for the rich, but they also will be able to boost the whole economey and even get moneies to the rich, you see if the lower working majority can spend more, then the money goes UP THE LADDER. (to where? the rich of course)

What right wingers constantly forget is that it's the unwashed masses who buy the products that keep the wealthy rich.
If people can't afford to buy, the rich don't get to wipe their rears wtih $20 bills.
