I can honestly say I don't have a clue who I'm going to vote for this November for president. Romney is so far removed from reality and has shown no plan for anything as far as I'm concerned. Watching Obama talk about strengthening the middle class and reducing the deficit makes me want to puke. He's failed miserably his first term and has done nothing but increase the national deficit. I don't believe he gets it either. I realize that thanks to Bush, he inherited a mess but I was hopefull he would find ways to cut spending and balance the budget. Not even close!
I am very burnt out with politics in this country and I believe the entire system needs to change. I wish the federal gov't were required to balance their budget each and every year instead of just running up our debt.

I feel the same about making changes in the system, or the way Government runs. It is all about the greed. and until we can get more than 85% of the voters to really come out and vote it will always be same ol same ol. the wealthy run the country. they pass laws for everyone, until you look deep(which takes lots of reading and a lawyer) you will always find loopholes for the rich to get around paying there fair share like the working majority. and i dislike the many programs they toss at the working majority to help the very people who do not want to work to begin with. many today are lazy a-moral crooks using the system to get hand outs. and that then makes the working majority anger and it hurts the very people that many of these programs were started out to help short term.

Well said gentlemen.
I guess what it all boils down to is voting for the one that will do the least harm to the nation, and the majority of the people.
At this point, I don't see any difference in the way Romney would act as President than what Bush did. That's what bothers me.

Romney will get into the third world war, you have to listen about from the TV envangilists etc. I also feel that this country cannot afford to spend as much as Bush did and give all the breaks to his rich all while the middle shrinks down just like they want it. 2% wealthy and 98% dirt poor.

Sorry, I can't vote for Obama. He's never had a real job for Christ's sake! And yes Happypacker, it's such a horrible thing to let people keep their own hard earned money.

So you think Romney's job was a real one?

anybody that makes money the honest way is fine, but when you cut other peoples jobs just to increase your very own. you like that? a company here where i live was making a 20 million dollar profit and paying its employees good money, they instead moved to Mexico to pay the low low wage and no benifits so they could increase there provfit by 20 million , which they excended by. meanwhile, the CEO got a huge 5 million dollar bonus for his great IDEA of moving to another country and doubling the busines profit when there was no fear of making the 20 million profit right here in this country. he neither earned it or did he do it with brains. he just took the easy way and moved it all to a very poor country and little to no laws, and tlell me please why should a person that lets say earned 10 million be able to pay LESS IN TAXES, than the person who earned 65 thousand a year? Is that hard earned?

So you're saying that people in Mexico aren't deserving of jobs and those that do business in America should be nationalist?
And yes, TW, Romney's credentials far outweigh anything the pimp from Chicago could muster.

Pimp? If anyone's a pimp it would be Romney pimping for the multi-billionaires who are pulling the strings to keep his mouth moving. I've got a picture of Romney during his younger years....

I think its very uncouth of you to drag an American Icon into this discussion.
And ummm..it would be the billionaires pimping Romney.

No. The billionaires own the stable, Romney is their front man/pimp! I thought you'd like the Howdy Doody reference, since Romney has a pasty smile just like Howdy did, as well as a wooden head! ;D

I am not sure if you saw it, but my stating that Obama's never had a job was a direct quote of Speaker Boehner today..LOL

I don't listen to a lot of what Boehner says. The same applies to Reid, and Pellozi. They all speak with forked tongue.

I shouldn't listen to them either and it scares the hell out of me knowing they have power.
Harry's on the Senate floor telling everyone that "someone" told him(mind you he won't give names etc) that the reason Romney doens't release his taxes for the last 10 years is because he never paid any in.
Then he proceeds to basically say, "Prove me wrong Mr. Romney, release your taxes to show me my friend is wrong."
I am thinking, I have a friend who said Harry Reid is a weirdo. Prove him wrong Harry and STFU!
